Why we are building this.

Indian real-estate developers run crores of business on spreadsheets, WhatsApp forwards, and a dozen point tools that refuse to talk to each other. Inventory lives in one file, collections in another, RERA filings in a consultant's inbox — and the truth in nobody's.

Nirmaan (निर्माण — construction) is a single, configurable platform for the entire property lifecycle: land acquisition, projects and inventory, pricing, CRM, bookings, payments and finance, construction, and post-sales — one shared data model, so every module reads the same truth.

Compliance is built in, not bolted on: GST, TDS and stamp duty are computed by a shared tax engine, RERA registration and escrow are first-class records, and an append-only audit log underwrites all of it.
